In general, our experience with Erickson Rosario (NJ LENDERS) has been excellent, outstanding, I would rate him 10 stars out of 5 if possible, definitely very professional, he showed us throughout the entire purchasing process that he knows each and every one perfectly of the important steps for the approval of your home loan. He explained each scenario in detail and how to act to obtain the best possible result, he was immediately available every time we had a question regardless of whether it was Saturday, Sunday or holiday even until midnight. He was always available to solve any problem, whether it was communicating with the realtor, the lawyer or the insurance agent, he always got the solution to all problems immediately. And so if everything he did wasn't enough, he was kind enough to go with us on the day of the signing and even gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our new house!! What a great detail on your part, that shows how committed you are to what you do. I would definitely recommend it without thinking twice.
